Owned and operated by Playmakers Basketball Royalties (PBR), the Philadelphia Reign is a community based organization providing competitive playing and career advancement opportunities to professional basketball players. PBR recruits, trains, and elevates the careers of pro and semi-pro athletes, as well as recent college graduates looking to play at these higher levels. PBR is home to two professional women’s basketball teams, the 2018 WBCBL Champions, Atlanta Monarchs, and our newest team, the Philadelphia Reign.

Ms. Milburn is a U.S. Air Force Veteran with an M.B.A. from Anderson University (IN). She is the Founder of Atlanta's Young Misses, Inc, a 501c3 that proactively provides young girls with the tools necessary to positively change and impact tomorrow's world.
Ms. Milburn is also the owner of Playmakers Basketball Royalties (PBR), a sports management company home to two professional women’s basketball teams, the Atlanta Monarchs and the Philadelphia Reign.
Jewell Carter is a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran. He holds a Master's in Information Technology Management and has Bachelor degrees in Organizational Leadership, Social Psychology, and Human Resources.
Carter is the owner and CEO of S & A Business Consulting, a business consulting organization that specializes in helping small businesses achieve results and perform at their best.
Jimmelle Melvin is a certified WNBA agent and Sr. Account Manager. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Melvin has several years of WNBA marketing experience during which time she was named the #1 Account Executive in the WNBA and earned Top Performer in all of the WNBA in individual, group, and season ticket sales.
Terry Frederick is a Life Coach, Mentor and Business Consultant with 25 years of leadership experience for a Fortune 100 company. He received his Masters’ Degree in Management & Information Technology from Stevens Institute of Technology.
Frederick's basketball experience includes previous ownership of Hoop Mountain Mid-Atlantic Girls Basketball Camp, serving as a Basketball Talent Scout and McDonald’s All American Nominator (NJ) and working as a Basketball Trainer and USA Basketball Gold Licensed Coach.
MICHELLE VEREEN, ESQ
Michelle Vereen graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering. Her engineering work experience includes ten years of process engineering in the building materials, nuclear, defense, and pharmaceutical industries.
Ms. Vereen also holds a Juris Doctorate from Georgia State University. She is currently a Child Welfare Law Specialist and a member of the National Association for the Council of Children, the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Association of Counsel for Children, the Juvenile Court Association of Georgia, the Gwinnett County Bar Association, and a Cold Case Fellow with the Office of the Child Advocate.
